INTRODUCTORY COURSES

I offer a 4-week Introduction to Heart-Based Meditation periodically via Zoom. These courses are designed to introduce you to the meditation, and to support you in establishing a daily practice. There are no prerequisites. Beginners and experienced meditators alike are welcome. Attending the first class is required. For the best results, please plan to attend all four class sessions. There is no set fee for this training, but donations (typically between $50-200) are welcome and appreciated.

DAILY GROUP MEDITATION

*Please note, Melody is taking a Winter Break and will not be hosting the group meditation from 12/21/2023 through 1/31/2024.

Weekdays: 2:30-3:00 pm, Mountain Time

These donation-based sessions are designed to support you in your Heart-Based Meditation practice. They are open to anyone trained in this style of meditation by Dr. Paul Dugliss, myself, or any other certified Heart-Based Meditation Instructor.

MY JOURNEY WITH MEDITATION

I began meditating when I was 18 years old in India and have studied a number of different meditation techniques. But I always struggled to maintain my daily practice––that is, until I was introduced to Heart-Based Meditation. Now, I truly look forward to meditating every day and I am deeply nourished by my practice. Heart-based Meditation is profoundly relaxing and restorative. It helps me to reset daily—reducing stress and amplifying my energy levels—and has also improved my relationships, enhanced my intuitive knowing, and helped me to trust the natural unfolding of my life in a completely different way. It is my deep honor and privilege to be able to share this practice with others!
